The Royal Fleet Auxiliary’s Herald Inclusivity Network has been shortlisted for a Women In Defence award for Inclusive Teamwork.
Chief officer (deck) Emma-Louise Elgar, who chairs the network, represented RFA at an event in the Terrace Pavilion, House of Commons, on Wednesday 11 October.
Herald is a non-political, representative body made up of 18 committee members. Nautilus members can opt into the group, which works to champion change across the service.
Winners of the Women in Defence awards will be announced on 29 November.
