Nautilus International members employed by Manx Sea Transport (Guernsey) have secured a pay rise of 6%, with an additional up-front lump sum of 4%.
The increase is effective from 1 January 2023, and is above the 5% 2023 fares increase imposed by the Isle of Man government.
