Nautilus is in the process of implementing its commitment to the TUC Trade Union Anti-Racism Manifesto in industrial collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
Nautilus is a signatory to the charter which has commitments towards an anti-racist trade union movement and tackling racial inequalities in workplaces and communities.
When negotiating with employers that Nautilus holds a CBA with, Union organisers will aim to put racial equality at the centre of agreements.
'We expect employers we have relationships with to have strong diversity and inclusion procedures and processes in place as responsible employers,' said senior national secretary Garry Elliott.
'Organisers will be driving this message forward at every opportunity when reviewing terms, conditions and CBA coverage.'
