In this permanent leadership role, you will oversee the maintenance of all machinery and technical systems while ensuring strict compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS). Beyond technical repairs, you will motivate junior crew and maintain clear communication with superintendents to deliver safe, efficient crossings across the Solent.
