
Nautilus International members employed by Heyn Engineering serving onboard the RV Corystes have voted to accept a revised pay and conditions offer for 2025.
The agreement includes:
- A 3% general pay award, backdated to 1 April 2025
- The introduction of Pension Salary Exchange on a voluntary basis
- Additional benefits for members choosing Salary Exchange, either as a 0.75% employer pension contribution or a 0.75% cash supplement (subject to tax and NI deductions.
Nautilus head of industrial Micky Smyth said:
‘This deal secures an uplift in pay while giving members greater flexibility around pensions. It demonstrates the importance of strong membership density in ensuring positive results at the negotiating table.
‘We look forward to continuing to work with Heyn in the spirit of partnership and cooperation for the benefit of the company and our members.’
