Nautilus members working for Serco NorthLink have voted to accept a two-year pay deal from the company.
They will now receive a 5% increase to their base rate salary, backdated to 1 October 2025, plus an additional 4% increase effective from 1 October 2026. Alongside this, Serco NorthLink has committed to increasing the percentage it contributes to employee pensions.
Strategic organiser Grant Mudie said: ‘I’m delighted that members have accepted and thank members them for their engagement and feedback throughout the process. My thanks also go to the liaison officer committee, whose efforts have been vital in ensuring such a positive result.
‘This two-year deal allows future meetings to focus on other areas of members’ terms and conditions. I look forward to future meetings with the company to discuss these in the spirit of cooperation and mutual benefit.’
