On 22 and 23 May, Nautilus strategic organiser Rachel Lynch and head of international relations Danny McGowan met with members working onboard the Saga-owned vessels Spirit of Discovery and Spirit of Adventure during port calls in Dover.
The meetings provided an opportunity to discuss the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) with Saffron, which employs the crew on both ships.
Ms Lynch said: 'It was good to catch up with members, we discussed roles and responsibilities, priorities for the next round of negotiations and internet cost and service onboard.'
Mr McGowan also took part in the discussions, reinforcing Nautilus's ongoing commitment to supporting members working in the cruise sector.
