Nautilus director of organising Martyn Gray responds: In 2024, where we negotiated collectively, Nautilus secured a real average uplift of 3.2%. This is the breakdown by sector:

We are active in recruiting members in windfarm and renewable energy sectors and are actively perusing agreements where density exists to justify collective bargaining. This process will be supercharged by the expected changes in employment legislation currently working their way through the UK parliament.
