Care Home

The Mariners Park Care Home was opened by the Princess Royal in 2002 and currently provides 24 spacious single rooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. Rooms can also be arranged to accommodate couples.

The care home offers residential, nursing and short term respite care with a professional team of specialist staff delivering a ‘person centred’ service to all residents.

The care home has a number of attractive lounges offering panoramic views across the River Mersey and which host a range of activities that are organised for residents and which are often open to residents from the wider park.

A good choice of menus, healthcare support such as physiotherapy and chiropody, and a hair salon all add to the ambience of the home and have helped establish its excellent reputation in the local area.
