Sea cadet? We'd like to hear from you! Nautilus is following up on previous research received from cadets to determine the basis for future discussions with shipping companies, training organisations and government.
Your feedback may help to determine policy, training, pay and much more. The survey aims to provide the industry with the facts about the experiences of officer trainees – such as you. This will help to establish the debate about the need for you to be given the conditions you deserve.
