Direct Debits can now be setup online or over the telephone in addition to the original postal method.

All the normal Direct Debit safeguards and guarantees apply. No change in the amount, date or frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least 10 days in advance of your account being debited. In the event of any error you are entitled to an immediate refund from your Bank or Building Society. You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit Instruction at any time simply by writing to your Bank or Building Society with a copy to us.

To proceed you must be the account holder for the bank account you wish to establish a mandate on.

Direct Debit setup

In order to set up your Direct Debit Instruction online you will need to provide the following information: Bank or Building Society name and account number, sort code and branch address.

If you are not the account holder, a paper Direct Debit Instruction will be sent for completion. Please contact us on +44 (0) 20 8989 6677 and we will post you a paper Direct Debit Instruction, or click here for an Acrobat version of the Instruction to be printed, completed and returned to Nautilus International

If this is a sole personal or other account where you are the only person required to authorise Direct Debits on it, continue with the set-up procedure below. If it is a business or joint personal account and more than one person is required to authorise Direct Debits on it, a paper Direct Debit Instruction should be requested. Please contact us on +44 (0) 20 8989 6677 and we will post you a paper Direct Debit Instruction, or click here for an Acrobat version of the Instruction to be printed, completed and returned to Nautilus International Alternatively you can print off your on-screen Direct Debit Instruction and either fax +44 (0) 20 8530 1015 or post it to us. If you are unable to print please contact us on +44 (0) 20 8989 6677 and we will post you a paper Direct Debit Instruction.
